Zinc Al Flake Coatings are mainly applied by Non Electrolytically coating techniques for mass produced metal hardware. In this process the metal parts are degreased/oil cleaned, then mechanically cleaned to remove hard and unwanted particles form substrate. The cleaned parts then dip in to the Zn al flake paint by using basket; after dipping the basket it is rotated to certain RPM clock and anti-clockwise to remove excess paints form the substrate. The coated parts then passes through curing/polymerization cycle for drying.
